No Brand Bright Blue Deep V Sheer Dress

Very fun beautiful blue dress with a deep sheer/mesh V in the front and back. Zipper is exposed on the back. Scalloped cap sleeves and scallop layered skirt. It’s missing the tag and I forget the size and brand. I’d say it fits like a small. Please see photos for measurements. I’m happy to take more if you’d like!
