1 FULL size comforter and 1 standard pillowcase set. The sheet set (fitted sheet, flat sheet and 2 standard pillowcases) is sold separately. I can’t bundle them together because of shipping weight limitations. Decorative items on stock photos are not included. The design of the pillowcase is not the one on the stock photos, it’s the one on the last two pictures: Luigi and Mario standing with their backs to each other and the reverse side of the pillowcase is blue.
