Nintendo Game Boy Micro Silver CIB Rare GameBoy Handheld Console

I bought this and the item is sealed but it is possible of a rare mistake that the gameboy flipped or when the box was crushed it can loose and flipped. Not too sure since there is no reference or pictures that I could find to figure out what happened to it.
