Nine West vintage America boot

Sz 6 Nine West short boot. Leather upper however it has a synthetic liner at the top inside (the light tan color) that seems to be starting to fall apart from ago. It’s truly a shame bc these boots are very cute and have hardly been worn-maybe a handful of times- see the tread. The back side of the belt pieces are also lined with the tan material. Please see photos. The buckles adjust to make the boots tighter or looser and the top double button cinches or releases the top of the boot where there is an elastic section so the boot isn’t so stiff at the top.
