Nine West Vintage America Supersoft cotton stretch

Back is 100% cotton but the front has a shimmering overlay panel of polyester w/ a reflective white velour. Not to be confused with sparkle or glitter... very subtle hints of light as you move. It mostly looks like white until the light reflects over it. Pearlized buttons. Can be buttoned or used open as a long lightweight cardigan
