Nine West Surplice / Wrap Shirt Dress

excellent used condition! I got so many compliments when I wore this to work because it was out character for me to “dress up” 😆 but this dress makes it so easy! 🙌🏻 one and done outfit! I carry my weight in the lower belly and found this dress to be is soooo flattering with the cinch waist. Length 35” 👢hits right above the knee So yes you can still wear it to most office environments but it’s still sort of sexy for a night out (especially with the chest clasp open!) How it fits: 3 fabric buttons with elastic bands keep the outermost layer shut. The inside layer is secured with one single large button. The back side of the dress is elastic so there is some wiggle room.
