Twilight blue purple velvet heels by Nine West. Ankle strap makes these 4 inch heels super sexy. The color is a deep blue purple color. They are sized at 9.5 but they are cut a size small. I am an 8 and they are not very big on me at all. Man made upper. 9.5”” long and 4” heel.
