Nine West Hand Painted Rat Design Small Black Top Handle Bag This bag has been used but is in good condition with a lot of life left to it! I hand painted a gray rat on the front and sealed it with a top coat to protect it from scratching. This bag is somewhat small in size (please see measurements listed below) and is solid black in a leather-like material. It has a magnetic snap closure at the top and a divider in the center to allow separate compartments for your items. It has a zippered pocket inside, and a open slit pocket on the outside. Measures 7.5” across x 6” tall x almost 2.5” wide across bottom. Handle drop is 4”. L1 8 oz
