Nine West Dress Blue and white stripe seersucker sleeveless ruffle size 4

A Nine West sleeveless split neck blue/grey and white seersucker dress. Features pleating, crochet trim, ruffled front design, back zipper. Fully lined. Size 4 Front has eye and hook closure, I have pics with it both hooked and unhooked. The closures only go about half way up, so the top will only close as high as pictured. Cute dress for spring and summer. Gently worn. smoke and pet free home. Approximately 16.5 inches from pit to pit when laid flat. Approximately 14 inches across the smallest part of the waist when laid flat. Approximately 35 inches from shoulder to hem.
