Nine & Co Polka Dot Sheath Dress

Sheath dress with cap sleeves. Back zipper. Black fabric with white polka dots. Hot pink belt. Fabric has a bit of stretch and is very flattering and forgiving on. Bottom has multiple horizontal (slightly overlapping) seams for great movement and flow in the skirt. I wore it with pink cardi (pictured in photo 5) which is listed separately for sale. Model is wearing a very similar dress ( tank instead of cap sleeves).
