Fabric is slinky black with front bedazzled almost solidly with tiny rhinestone chips that catch the light and feast themselves whenever possible: 94% acetate, 6% spandex (dry clean). Inner neckline edged with black seam binding. Two hoops provided for hanging. Armpit to armpit 20", shoulder to bottom edge 18", shoulder to sleeve end 19 1/2". Union made in the USA!
