About 14.5" across top of waist, rise is ~13.5" and inseam is ~21" long. 64% cotton 36% linen. Made in USA. Machine wash cold. Note: there are two little spots near the front knee as shown in the pic. I have not tried to remove them so I'll leave that up to you. Otherwise, these are in great pre-loved condition.
