Worn once. Bought for a st pattys day race and never wore again. Really a size 9 but this is all i could find with green in it at the time. They have the Nike plus so you can put you Nike sensor in the shoe.

nmm2002 @lori3lou I normally wear a 9 but needed something with green in them. These fit ok. A little snug when running downhill. I think an 8.5 or 9 would fit comfortably. Unless ou are a true 9 and do a lot of downhill running
