Nike cosmic runner sneakers NWOT

The size says 6Y. I wear a size 6 but these are too big for me and that leads me to believe youth shoes are sized differently. I wouldn’t categorize them as boys only. Nike site advertises them as big kids running shoes. Bought for my son for school but he grew out of it before ever wearing them. They are new, never worn but I don’t have the box anymore.
