keg90 @kwalsh130 does this have a liner and/or inside pocket? Also, can you give me the waist and length measurements laying flat please? Thanks

kwalsh130 @keg90 There is no liner on the inside and no pockets! I don’t have a ruler on me but it’s about 14 in on the waist (has elastic so could probably stretch to 16/17) and the length is about 13.5 in! Once I get a ruler I’ll tell you the exact measurements but I used something else to measure in the mean time.
