New, only tried on, and I forgot to return it to the store. This is a Nike extra-lightweight, dri-fit, nylon-stretch black athletic bottom. I bought it new, assuming it would fit and found that this pant runs big. For reference, I am a size M and bought another pair in size S. I believe this particular pant runs one size large.
