@tinabeanaa it's okay! I did follow tracking and checked in with my neighbors and mailman once it was listed as delivered. I figured it must have been a mistake due to Christmas rush.

@carpethatdiem yes, they just responded and said they have processed it as a lost package since you are unable to locate it. They said they refunded both you and me. I sent an email after that concerning the hat's whereabouts, not wanting to leave you empty handed. Will keep you posted xo
