I measured approximately 31 inches shoulder to tip of jacket, it is also roomy and I think this made to be worn over the golf clothes maybe on a temporary basis. I can see this also as good rainwear for the fisherman who weathers a rainstorm while on the lake. Velcro holds the tip of the sleeves as well.
