Nike Men's Metcon 6 11.5

This is a very lightly used CrossFit shoe. Not the best running shoe, not the best weightlifting shoe, but designed to be a good "all around" gym shoe. Included are the hyperlift insoles that add a few mm to your heel for a little extra depth on your squats. These are clean, do not smell and have very little tread wear due to light use. They have a wonderfully firm sole for heavy squats.
