Nike Lab x JFS sleeveless Cape Large NWoT #0143

This isn't the first collaboration between JFS Studio and its creator, Berlin-based stylist Johanna Schneider. Acronym, Stone Island Shadow, Tilak, Herno Laminar, and Kostas Murkudis have all worked with the studio. This collection with NikeLab represents a fashion designer's unique take on sports gear. The core concept of the Nike x JFS Spring 2015 collection centers on the theme of modularity, focused on the evolution of body and style through training. The thinking is based on examining the modularity in terms of sequence, function, and change. This collection responded to the different needs of the body in motion. Playing with sequence, function and versatility through campaign photography, an event at Spring Studios in New York and in-store retail were displayed in all of Nike Lab’s locations, and select retailers across the world. Three frames brought to life the key product of the collection, a cape, suspended in three different states of wear. Visitors were invited to journey through the space, guided by a progression of colour, to discover the products and their many uses.
