Hiroshi Fujiwara played a part in the origin story of the Nike Sock Dart, as the founder of fragment design gave his enthusiastic feedback when shown an early prototype of the shoe by Tinker Hatfield in 2000. A final version would launch under the HTM imprint in 2004. It would be another ten years before a fragment design collaboration materialized, with this Fragment Design x Sock Dart ‘Dark Loden’ representing one of four colorways from the 2014 release.
