Nike Epic React Flyknit 2 shoes

Incredible condition. Worn twice. I bought these for my mom and they were just too small. Say they are 5 youth but the conversion I looked up said 6.5 in women’s. Probably run between a 6 and 6.5. The Nike Clearance Store we bought them from doesn’t take returns so I’m stuck!
