Gently used black and white cotton dress with velvet laces. Skirt is adjustable with ruched skirt laces that allow the top layer of the skirt to be longer or shorter. The under layer has a ruffle with the characters image in an overall pattern, with a lining of black tule. Flaw there was a tear at the top of the zipper that has been repaired.
