Nightmare Before Christmas Inspired Toddler TUTU

🎃 👻 Handmade! This tutu was inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas. My daughter was 4 and obsessed! Hoping someone can use my hours of cutting and tying for Halloween this year! Ribbon to ribbon (end to end) this measures 58" it's designed to be adjustable as the actual tutu portion is 26". You can choose any ribbon in the center (or all) to tie a cute 🎀 For reference, I'm attaching the whole costume that year. I'm only selling the tutu- get creative. Great for layers and chilly weather!
