Padded shoulders, close with one sparkly button and 2 hidden snaps. Lined. No pockets. Skirt is zip up back. Lined, slit at back of hem on skirt. 50% polyester, 38% nylon, 12% metallic. Lining is 100% polyester. Dry clean.
