I have another one of these that does not have an elastic strap and this is great to be able to hang it on a variety of places. There is a zipper section at the top And it’s clear so you can see what’s in there and then there is a mesh section in the middle along with another zipper section that’s clear and then the bottom is your biggest zipper section that is clear and you can see all of your items easily. This is not only great for travel, it’s also great just to use in your home. Folds up into an easy to throw in your bag size. When it’s folded, it measures approximately 11“ x 7 1/2“.
