Nicole Miller Sheath Dress Celtic Pattern

This dress works for a lot of occasions from lunch to a wedding guest. I have worn it about 5 times with black tights and pumps and it has never let me down. The sleeves are slightly belled and the turquoise pops. While it’s listed as a small it has stretch and could easily go up to a size 8. Excellent condition
