READ! Strapless prom, party or cocktail dress by Nicole Miller. The bodice has what I call boning & has a little v cut at the neckline & black, white &silver sequins down the front. The skirt is lined and lined again with lace ruffles! A metal zipper goes up the back to a little hook and catch. NWT but does have a couple rips around the zipper on the INSIDE lining.. not seen from the outside, doesnt effect the integrity of the dress. It must have got stuck when someone tried it on.
