Nicole Miller Artlelier cocktail dress NWOT

Took tags off, meant to wear it but never did. Super flattering and forgiving for a number of body shapes. Size small. Would fit a size 4 or 2 nicely. Comfortable and sexy at the same time! Fitted high waisted skirt part, with loose fitting top part. Built in bralette lining (can be seen in photograph of back), so bra not required but also can accommodate a strapless bra nicely for those who would like additional support!
