Vintage Oscar de la renta skirt

Tea-length asymmetrical skirt by Oscar de la Renta. Bias cut. Hits at waist if you’re a 2/4 or sits on hip or just below waist if you are a small 2 or 0. I’ve worn it both ways depending on my weight :) Some minor blemishes throughout. Not very noticeable while being worn. Draping and tailoring is lovely. Fraying on the inside seam because I believe it was a sample but does not impact the structural integrity of the dress at all. See photos for condition.
