It's a long sleeve tiered dress with a ruffled collar, ruffled details between tiers, a drawstring at the waist to cinch in, a tassel tie at the neckline, and pockets. This dress should be a maxi dress, but I believe someone shortened the hem. If you look at the second photo which is the stock photo from the website, the bottom tier looks longer, also the materials tag is missing which should have been at the bottom attached at an inner seam.
