Burgundy smocked Georgette sheer silk high collar, waist tie-front with cream polka dots top with long sleeve flounce cuffs. The tie front does untie. Center seam keeps the top aligned and sleek, stopping around the wearer’s waist, almost a cropped feel, see pit to waist measurement. The sleeve has elastic banding just above the elbows to help keep it from looking loose. Soft but snug fit where elastic banding hits neck, shoulders and arms. The neck ruffles out at top so not a turtle neck feel, and true to size. Made by Nicholas.
