In pre owned condition. The previous owner said it was dry cleaned. Gently steamed prior to listing. This off white tank features distressed 3D frayed stitching and a fun boho hem. Slip lined. ***There is light wear around arm openings. There is a very light area of discoloration on the lower front near the hem. See photos. ***Cotton is very delicate by design. All center distressing is by design. The hem detail is in good condition but it’s possibly I may have overlooked pulled or loose connected edges. #1229
