Nice Things Mini Swimmer Skirt

Size 10, runs much smaller as an 8/9. Measurements are 14” from waistband to bottom, 11” waistband from side to side. Blue cotton with swimmer print. Elastic waistband.. 100% cotton. Unlined. Good preowned condition for mild fade although fabric has a vintage, washed out look.
