Nextmia size 18 NWT flutter sleeve dress

Gorgeous yellow/orange color with florals all over. Surplice at the chest. There are a couple of tiny holes as I did try to secure it with a safety pin so it wasn't so open at the chest. I didn't end up wearing this dress for the purpose I bought it for. Lightweight fabric, doesn't stretch. Elastic at the waist. Cute flutter sleeves. I would consider this slightly sheer.
