cavel23 Hi Debra, I replied to the case you opened but was not sure if the message came to you or posh. So wanted to reach out to you on here. My sincere apologies to you, I cannot believe I made this mistake, I always double check the box to the shipping label and I don’t know how I made this mistake. I take full responsibility and again I apologize to you. I notified the person who ordered the top too. I guess posh will give us an update, as I have never made this mistake.

cavel23 Hi, I received back your package yesterday that has the linen top, and the other buyer has not yet send the cardigan back. I notified posh yesterday and sent them a lengthy message. I have also left two messages for buyer of the linen top, last week I requested her to return the package too. I don’t know why she is not responding. I should get a message by posh by today. It’s terrible that we cannot reach customer service by phone. I am so sorry.

I even called the place I bought the cardigan from and was willing to buy another one for you but they are sold out. I am honestly besides myself and just lost for words. I cannot believe the other buyer is not responding. It’s just awful. As soon as I hear from anyone I will text you again. 🙏🙏

cavel23 Hi Debra, I received email from posh and they said they have sent numerous emails to this lady and she does not respond to them. I don’t know how else to reach her. I called the place I bought it from again and asked them again to please check their warehouse incase they have one somewhere. If I get any response from anywhere I will text you. FYI, I told posh they should have tel numbers to their members for better problem resolution. 😌🙏🙏
