This Will'beth smocked Float Dress in size Newborn is Precious! What makes this piece so special is the two layers. The top layer is all white with pink roses and green leaves embroidered within the smocking. The entire neckline is smocked and the embroidery design wraps around the neck. The sweet ruffle flutter sleeves have a scalloped edge trimmed in pink embroidery. The shoulders have pink satin ribbons that stream down the front and back- So prissy! The skirt has 2 rows of pink tucks, each having 4 pin tucks.The back has an upper button closure. The dress had a pink ruffled slip that can be worn with or without the dress. For a solid white look, wear without the pink slip. For a soft muted look (which Will'beth is known for) wear with the slip to add subtle hints of pink.
