New without tags. Loft brand skinny trouser style jean. Size 8. Fabric is brushed cotton(almost like suede). Has elastane in fabric so there’s some stretch. Dark grey color with black shiny buttons across front pockets. Any shading in picture is just from being on a hanger in my closet-no stains. Smoke-free home. 17” waist 10” rise 28.5” inseam
