New with tags stripes forever 21 two piece

The top is cropped ;stopping right at the belly button it also ties in the front and comes with a button. Nothing is broken on the top The bottom’s pants latch (whatever that silver part that you slide into each other is called) is broken. It came broken but they wouldn’t let me have a refund so here we are. The bottom of the pants are of the same width as the top so no extra flare but they are not tight around the ankle. They’re both new with tags. The colors are blue(navy)/white/orange
