New with tags large blue and white off the shoulder dress - Shein MOD

Super soft blue and white off the shoulder dress from Shein - tags still attached. Never worn except for when I tried it on. I didn't like how I looked in it, so was going to return it but I missed the return window. It is an absolutely beautiful dress.... just looks bad on the hanger (and on me) so I included the website picture as well. Paid $20.86 for it when I bought it. Asking $15 now.
