New with Tags Shaggy Adult Costume Size XX Large Halloween Party Scooby Doo. I opened the package long enough to measure the outfit. The shirt is a tee shirt and the pants are corduroy. Measurement are shirt 18.5" across and 30" long. Pants are 19" across with an elastic and 29" inseam. The waist measurement is without pulling the elastic. Please ask questions prior to purchasing.
