For sale is a size xxl (not in a plus size) measures 151/2” in an elastic waist band that has lots of give. Length is 32”. It is a gorgeous lace and quite soft and comfortable has a short lining in it so it’s got you covered Color is more like in first picture. I have very large hips and this didn’t work for me and I’m sad about it. But my bad is your good. This is truly lovely. I actually wanted it to dress up and down I saw someone wearing this with white sneakers and it was adorable. Black boots are great too. I think if this is your size it’s really really a great buy and lovely material is a very nice 100% polyester. Easy peasy care
