New in package Chanel royal blue pantyhose.

NWT Chanel royal blue pantyhose/tights. There is no additional information on the packaging, nor tags in the item (as far as I opened it), but they are new in package & a heavier weight than pantyhose, but not heavy like tights. Made In Switzerland.
