New formal gown Blue

NEW with tags dress in size 4. This dress has not been altered. It is a size 4 but we bought this when my daughter wore sz 2. It’s stretchy and would fit 0-4 and could easily be let in or out. Has straps that are still in a package that I took a picture of. Perfect for pageants, proms, balls, weddings, dances, homecoming, parades or any formal party or event. The tag says JK and I believe that means Jonathan Kayne but I’m not 100% sure. See pic of tag. Purchased from a formal boutique store.
