New floral lbd

Beautiful dress! Brand new! I absolutely loved this, but I am short-waisted, and the waist just never sat in the right place for me. It is black on top, with a black and white floral bottom. Soft material, and a twirly skirt. Smoke-free home. Material has stretch.
