New drapey blouse with scallop lace at cuffs and top

Elegant black long sleeve shirt with lace details. Perfect under a blazer with the sleeve lace peeking out. Lovely on its own. Can be dressed down with jeans too. Never worn, but missed the window to return (slightly too big). XS with a nice loose fit, similar to on model. Could fit S too. Did not come with tags so can’t say NWT. (FREE w/ $40 bundle)
