New blue circle stone in gray oval fashion ring 6

This is a new in box women’s fashion ring. This is a metal alloy ring with a blue circle stone that sits inside an oval. Given the differences in shape, the blue stone sits slightly off center leaving a small gap on the right side as pictured. This is approximately a women’s US size 6.
