New with tags and gift box included w/ purchase. Handmade by Helen Flatmo in Palo Alto, CA. Wire wrapped(fushcia dyed) crystal and gorgeous shiny purple and blue over tan/gold shell. A very nice piece with a dress, a sweater or a blouse. I also have matching earrings in my closet. I can bundle the set and give a fair price for the jewelry set.
