New Zara Red Floral Printed Tie Mini Skirt

This is an adorable flowy skirt from Zara with simple feminine floral details. It comes with a removable matching tie. It has a side zipper, as well as shorts underneath. I bought it new with tags, but have never worn it. There are no signs of wear. (no stains, holes, or tears) Can be styled with lots of different things, and dressed up or down.
