New York and Co Floral Shorts

Shorts were worn maybe twice, in very good condition. Comfortable cotton material, with a tad spandex. Labeled size 0 but fits more like a size 2-4. Inseam is 4 inches (not booty shorts!) Waist the bottom of hem is 11.5 inches. Please ask if you have any other questions!
